All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of my pottery, I do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours of receipt. To initiate a claim, contact me directly at info@artifacts-idyllwild.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. I will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund for the damaged piece.
